brush yourself off and try again

I have been the shittiest athlete ever lately. Week one of training was really shitty. I skipped a workout and don't feel like I gave it my all. Frankly, I don't care all that much. I have had a pretty shitty couple of weeks and just getting to work and not getting fired has taken all of my energy. Tomorrow starts a new training week and I am hoping to turn it all around!

  1. good luck girlie. Thank goodness it is spring break, although I have to go into work to set up lab and to work on stuff. that sucks big time.
